The difference between Yoga and Dou 道 exercises!

Have you ever noticed?
The yoga posture and our Karate exercise look similar.

Example:
Upavistha Konasana/Straddle Split is similar to Matawari 股割り.

The difference between Yoga and Dou道 exercises is organs and meridian.
We have crucial information about organs (Kidney, Liver, heart, etc). What do meridians mean in the human body?

In traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine, meridians are channels that form a network in the body, through which Ki/qi 気(vital energy) flows. Blocked Ki気 causes pain or illness. The flow of Ki気 is restored by using pressure, needles, suction, or heat at hundreds of specific points along the meridians.

If you were to unravel them, they would form one big circle. Thus, they are all connected. Ten of these twelve meridians are associated with a specific organ: the heart, lung, stomach, kidney, large intestine, small intestine, liver, bladder, gallbladder, and spleen are each represented by a meridian.

Each of the 12 regular or principal meridians is associated with organs, such as the heart, pericardium, lung, spleen, liver, kidney (the yin organs), stomach, gallbladder, large and small intestine, urinary bladder, and tri-heater or triple burner (the yang organs).

(Search "Chinese Meridians" for more info)

So in short, when you exercise, it is not only good for an organ and external muscle; it is also good for meridians, which can transfer energy through the body.
